Be aware that such breeders and sellers are usually particular as to the placement of their dogs.
You as a buyer of such a dog should be ready to provide information as to where this dog will live and how it will be raised.
Also the buyer should expect a written contract on the sell of the dog. What is expected of the buyer and seller shall be determined between the buyer and seller parties.
Akc papers should be delivered upon sell of the dog. If not have reason in writing and expected date papers will be delivered.
No matter what agreement is between buyer and seller be sure to have all agreements in writing in the form of a contract.
